We want you to be completely happy about your jewelry purchase from Bejuju.com. We stand behind every piece of jewelry that we offer for sale on our website. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return your jewelry for a refund. Follow the returns agreement which is explained on this page to receive a refund of the purchase price of your jewelry piece. Please note that we do not refund shipping and handling fees.

By purchasing jewelry from Bejuju.com, you agree to the terms of our returns agreement.

To receive a refund, follow each of the following steps in the Bejuju returns agreement:

1. THE RETURNS PERIOD IS 10 DAYS. You have 10 days from the SHIP date on the sales receipt that comes with your purchase to email us and request a refund. Refunds will not be issued if we do not receive your email within the 10-day returns period. The return package must also be postmarked and mailed back to us within the 10-day returns period. [Please note that the package does not have to be received by us within the 10-day returns period, but it must be postmarked within the returns period.

3. LEAVE THE JEWELRY TAG ON. Return the jewelry piece in the original gift box in the same condition as you received it and with the special Bejuju jewelry tag still attached.
